The redevelopment of a landmark building in Newcastle West is set to begin next month.
Newcastle-based developer Altim Property has gained DA approval for its latest project, Key West, transforming the former Gamers Motor Auctions building into high-end office spaces.
Construction of the site at 69 Parry Street commences in March with Newcastle building company Core Project Group.
The project is an adaptive reuse of the existing building, blending its preserved structure with contemporary design by Newcastle-based architects EJE Architecture.
