IT HAS taken two years and almost $30 million but the Swift project on Hunter Street is finally nearing completion. Unlike the apartment blocks going up around Newcastle CBD, the Swift project is actually an A-grade strata building made up of small to medium business office space. It even comes with parking, which, as most Newcastle workers know, can be hard to find in town.
According to Altim Property’s Adam Heslop, the project has already enticed businesses, including accounting, legal, medical and rehabilitation, NDIS, mining services, agriculture and health and beauty, to come on board.
