We were proud to commemorate a milestone for Altim Property through the topping out ceremony for our esteemed Swift on Hunter development on Wednesday, 3rd April, 2024.
Director of Altim Property, Ian Summers, said he was thrilled to have celebrated the topping out of Swift on Hunter. “The occasion underscored our commitment to being a trusted developer known for providing top-tier commercial spaces through innovation and forward-thinking,” he added.
To commemorate the occasion, we hosted formalities on the roof of the development, offering guests and media an exclusive firsthand glimpse of the remarkable progress achieved with formalities and an address from Lord Mayor, Nuatali Nelmes who spoke on the impact this commercial development sets to make for small to medium businesses in the CBD.
